Pease Exchange - Book Exchange, Book Reviews, Author InterviewsHi, I’m Jessica. I have always loved to read, but since having my 2 children I found I needed just a little something to call my own, some “Jess time”. So my passion led to the birth of Pease Exchange. My taste for books isn’t limited, anything I can get my hands on I read, any recommendations I get, I read.

Rachel and I have joined forces to combine our passion for books and create “book” related events to raise well needed funds for charities / foundations.

Our first event was a movie night – Water For Elephants – we both had read this book by Sara Gruen and loved it. We were going to see the movie together but thought lets take this one step further… We organised a movie night at Glenbrook Cinema. The night attracted 64 people and we raised $552.50 which was donated to The Luke Priddis Foundation.

Neither Rachel or I make any money out of these nights. ALL FUNDS raised are donated DIRECTLY to the specific Charity / Foundation that particular event promoted.
